SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday.  We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.  Most orders will be shipped within 1-3 days.

Orders shipped to a U.S. apartment, condo or office building will require a signature at the time of delivery to ensure your package reaches the correct person.

Item Availability

All items available for sale on Nessaraquel.com are expected to be in stock and available for shipment.  Orders begin the shipping process as soon as your online purchase is complete.  Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.

Shipping Costs

48 Contiguous U.S.

  • We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more.  Free shipping is provided using U.S. Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail.  Larger orders may be automatically upgraded (at our discretion) to USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. 
  • Standard flat rate shipping of $5.95 on orders under $75.
  • 2-3 Day shipping - $18.00
  • Next Day Shipping - $30.00

Canada

  • Standard flat rate shipping of $7.95.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico 

  • Standard flat rate shipping of $9.95.  

Delivery Time (Alaska, Hawaii & Canada orders may take additional time)

  • Free Shipping by USPS First Class Mail: 3 to 5 business days. Delivery on Saturday.
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1 to 3 business days. Delivery on Saturday.
  • UPS Ground: 2 to 5 business days. UPS does not deliver on Saturday.
  • We cannot ship until your payment is processed.  Delays in your payment processing will delay the shipment.

Shipping Restrictions 

Nessa Raquel does not ship to the following destinations:

  • International, except Canada
  • P.O. Boxes or APOs

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax for all orders shipped to New York State.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy

At Nessa Raquel we want you to be happy with your purchase.  For that purpose we offer risk free, worry free shopping.  We understand that online shopping can be nerve wrecking and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience.

U.S. Hassle Free Returns on orders of $75 or more - (48 Contiguous U.S. only)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund and we'll even pay for the shipping. Details and exceptions below.

  • Returns are accepted on non-sale merchandise up to 30 days from the ship date.
  • Merchandise must be in the condition you received it, completely free of make-up stains and dirt. Must not be worn, altered or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
  • Full refund available for return requests made up to 30 days after the ship date.

*Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada orders and orders under $75 are not eligible for free returns (Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded for returned merchandise.)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Sale items are final, therefore not eligible for returns.

Swimwear

Due to hygienic reasons swimwear are non-returnable.

Exchanges (if applicable) - Free Shipping (48 Contiguous U.S only)

We offer free shipping on all exchanges! If you are not happy with your purchase because of fit and/or design, we can replace your current item with a different size, color or an entirely different item.
